Nick Cannon may soon be welcoming his eighth child with his fifth baby mama (as we reported here), but his first – Pop icon Mariah Carey – seems to still have a special place in his heart.
Iteration of that came Valentine’s Day when the rapper-actor-talk show host dropped his new single, ‘Alone,’ in tribute to the GRAMMY-winning diva.
Over a sample of her 1990 #1 hit ‘Love Takes Time,’ Nick made clear he wants that old thang back.
“I say I’m cool when I know I miss it / I’d trade it all for the case / If I could have you back / If I could go back to where we started at,” he shares on the heart-tugging tune.
